Application of the fascia-rolls

Which roll is the right one for me?

You’re not sure which roll to choose. No problem – contact us at info@rollart.com or by phone: 0049 (0) 4487-6649523 – we’re happy to advise you individually.

Place an order

After you have picked an item, click the button “Shopping Cart” to place it there. Once you have placed all items you wish to purchase into the shopping cart, click the shopping cart symbol at the upper right. Here you will see an overview of all the items you have chosen. If everything is fine, click “Buy now” to complete your order.

Cancel an order

You’ve ordered the wrong item or changed your mind? Simply right as an e-mail including your order number at shop@rollart.com and we will take care of it.

Care instructions

The RollArt® Fascia Rolls are made of untreated alder wood. In order to clean them you can either wipe it off with a damp cloth or use a natural cleaning agent such as RollSan.

We discourage you from using chemical cleaning agents /disinfectants and advise against washing-off the rolls with running water.

How do I return an ordered item?

If you wish to return or exchange an item, or to make a complaint, send us an e-mail with your concern at shop@rollart.com. We will send you a returns form, which you can stick onto the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.

Complaint

We apologize if an ordered item should be damaged or defect. Please contact us at shop@rollart.com, include your order number and describe the damage or defect (if possible depicted by a picture). We will find a solution as soon as possible!

Right of return & cancelation

You can return ordered items within 14 day free of charge – provided that is shows no traces of usage. Extensive details on the right of return and cancellation can be found in the declaration of revocation.

How do I get my money back?

As soon as your return shipment has been processed, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days. This occurs according to the method of payment:

Advance payment: You receive the credit note onto the bank account from which you have transferred the money. Depending on the bank, the monetary entrance can take up to 5 days.
PayPal: You receive the credit note onto your PayPal account. You can determine in the PayPal settings whether the money will be deposited on your PayPal account or reversed onto your bank account.

SSL process

We use to the so-called SSL process (Secure Socket Layer). This securely encrypts all personal data you send us. The most essential protection is your individual password. Please do not share it with others. We fully adhere to the current conditions of the data protection regulations and legal specifications. We only use your data to process your order and to constantly improve our service. We will never pass your data to third parties without your permission. Shipping costs

The shipping costs within Germany amount 8,50 €. Orders of two or more items are free of shipping cost throughout Germany.
The shipping costs within the European Union amount 19,95 €.
The shipping costs for international deliveries into countries outside of the EU can be requested at shop@rollart.com. Please keep in mind for international deliveries that additional custom fees can become due.

Delivery time

The deliver time within Germany is 2-3 days, inside the EU up to 5 days. The delivery is made by the shipping provider dpd.
Deliveries outside of the EU are made by DHL and vary according to the country of destination.

We ship our products worldwide.

PayPal

You can securely pay with PayPal here. After having placed your order, you will be forwarded to PayPal. The receipt of payment will be registered by us within a few minutes and your order will be processed shorty after.

Advance payment

If paying in advance, we will send you the ordered item(s) as soon as we have received your payment.
Please ensure to include your order number as reference on your bank transfer. Different orders are kindly to be transferred separately.
Depending on the bank, the receipt of payment can take 2-4 days.
